As part of the process to allow development of a multi-use area on Pier 8 and create eight (8) development blocks, an application for a zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision has been submitted for the land within Pier 8. City staff have prepared a staff report about the application that will be released publicly on or after May 10, 2017.
Join us on Thursday May 11 at the Evergreen Community Storefront (294 James St N) at 7:00 pm to hear details from the staff report on the Pier 8 zoning by-law and draft plan of subdivision. The session will include a short presentation from City staff explaining key details in the staff report followed by Q&A.
