Raise the Hammer
On Saturday May 13th and Sunday May 14th, 2017 from 10 am to 5 pm, you will have the opportunity to visit acclaimed artists working in various fine craft and visual art mediums from Hamilton and the surrounding region. This tour is nestled under the Niagara Escarpment in picturesque West Hamilton which has become a major destination for art in Ontario. Make a day of it and enjoy one of the local restaurants or cafes while you visit. A great way to spend Mother’s Day weekend! Admission is free! Last year’s line-up includes 38 artists in 17 locations, from painters to potters, to sculptors and jewelers, to artists working with glass and mixed media and photography.
