On September 17, 2016, the Southern Ontario Lyric Opera will present, partially staged, the opera "La Traviata” at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre.

La Traviata (The Fallen Woman) is an opera in three acts by Giuseppe Verdi set to an Italian libretto by Francesco Maria Piave. It is based on La dame aux Camélias (1852), a play adapted from the novel by Alexandre Dumas.

Cast includes Allison Cecila Arends, Riccardo Iannello, Jeffrey Carl, Cassandra Warner, and Hamilton's own Jeremy Ludwig.

Tickets are $45-$55; seniors, $35; students, $20. See you there!
