Neuroscience research has transformed many topics from science fiction to science fact, according to Dr.John Connolly, a cognitive neuroscientist and McMaster professor. He describes new ways of using the brain's electromagnetic "communication system" to bypass significant impairments and aid interaction, assessment and rehabilitation.
