Help us celebrate Hamilton's newest Conservation Area by planting trees and pulling invasive garlic mustard at the annual Eramosa Karst Family Tree Planting Day! There is no need to apply or RSVP. Simply show up at the Eramosa Karst Conservation Area on Upper Mount Albion Road at 10 a.m., May 24th, 2014 and join us!
The event is, of course, free and a pizza lunch will be provided!
Bring sturdy boots, shovels and gloves if you can! Rain date May 31. In the event of cancellation please check the website at http://www.hamiltonconservationfoundation.ca
Please note that the Eramosa Karst Conservation Area is within walking distance of the HSR's 43-Stone Church route, but there are no sidewalks between the Conservation Area and the bus stop making the trip hazardous for pedestrians. Call the event contact if you would like to carpool.
