Need help in creating your company’s sustainability strategy and plan? Join Brendan Seale, Director of Sustainability for Ikea Canada for a workshop on how to develop a sustainability strategy and plan for your business.
Following an intro presentation, we will be working on group exercises and sharing the results. We will help to define what sustainability means for an organization, how to set good targets to work towards, and how to choose actions that put you on your way.
As Sustainability Manager for IKEA Canada, Brendan Seale works to integrate sustainability principles into the Canadian retail organization’s strategy, operations, products & services, culture, governance, and brand. Prior to joining IKEA, Brendan was Sustainability Advisor with The Natural Step Canada providing strategic guidance to clients in industries such as insurance & financial services, construction, aerospace, education, and municipal & federal governments. Brendan has also worked in corporate communications at Barrick Gold Corporation and is an experienced group process facilitator.
