That sounds a bit too cute from an evolutionary point of view (i.e. humans have evolved to survive crashes at their fastest running speed). But it is close to what is observed in collisions with cars: a fit average human can sprint at about 25 km/h.

On the other hand Usain Bolt does almost 45 km/h over 100m, but I doubt that makes him more resistant in a car crash ;)
