I stand in solidarity with the teachers, however, in my view, all the teachers and the support workers should be one unit, not separated into units, thus it makes units fight amongst themselves, one unit settles, the other fights on.

All other unions should be out in support for their brothers and sisters, in this battle. The unions need to become more militant, they lost their grassroots instincts many years ago with the formation of the Rand formula, thus limiting actions they can take.

The only reason they went to work today, is because of the possiblity of being fined, which in my view, some battles are worth fighting for. Who the hell does McQuinty and all the other politicians before him, that enacted legislation to keep the working class at bay, think they are anyways. How many unorganized workers see their rights not being enforced by the Ministry of labour?

What affects one, affects us all!
