That's not entirely unintentional. Perhaps it's just the stridently pro-narrative (anti-stats?) lens through which I'm viewing this discussion, but I feel the arguments so far can pretty much be divided into: "Bad, bad mountain dwellers for not seeing how unfair this is" and "Tsunami of Stats"
What's missing is the type of approach that I mentioned in my article last week.
A balance between evidence and story is exactly what we need, I just don't see it all that often.
A balance I might add, that Jason strikes beautifully in his comment.
Whatever you do, don't mention the Red Hill Valley Parkway!
