If you build it they will come. So if you tear it down they will go away. That is what we want right, we want to stop people from coming downtown, we want them to get on the highway.
I guess you are right if we close, or tear up our roads we will in fact calm down the traffic. I bet Flint would love to have a problem like this. If this city actually does what this site proposes then we will make Flint look like a boomtown.
