Main and King are walkable, the reason that its not bustling is that not enough people live and shop there. Frankly other than a few restaurants there isn't much of an attraction that Limeridge or Eastgate don't do better. Get some real investment instead of more government occupied offices and things will improve. The first step would be for RTH to lay off of investors
