For cars, alcohol is responsible for 33-38% of deaths (depending on the definition of impaired). I don't know the percentage for pedestrians, probably similar. 23% might be the lowest of road users. Have you seen the guy with two custom built racks on the back wheel which fit two cases of 24 perfectly? Genius!
