Well, I fully expect this comment to be downvoted, but this is the kind of article that I don't like seeing here. Isn't this site supposed to be about improving Hamilton, discussing the state of city affairs and reporting facts?

This article is a purely ascetic, piece of art. I did not find particularly enjoyable due to it's referencing of obscure literature and almost stuttering approach, but that's beside the point. This is the sort of thing I'd expect from a night from a poetry club, or from a college local literature book. Even if I did enjoy it, I wouldn't want to see it here as it's content only tangentially discusses Hamilton.

Articles such as this not only make this site seem aloof, but in my personal opinion compromise the purpose of the site, which is discussing and dealing with issues in Hamilton. If this site was Hamilton Art Blog, then certainly there would be a place for it there, but articles such as this make me wonder about the site's relevance.

Still waiting for the Randle Reef mess to get cleaned up, but hopefully not much longer!
