PUT THE VELODROME AT THE WEST HARBOUR AND STADIUM AND TRAINING CENTRE ON CHEDOKE GOLF COURSE. 27 IVOR WYNNE STADIUMS CAN FIT ON THE GOLF COURSE. YOU WILL GET THE SAME VIEW OF THE WEST HARBOUR WITH LOTS OF PARKING. YOU CAN ALSO PUT RESTAURANTS, NEW CFL HALL OF FAME, HOTELS AT THAT LOCATION. IT IS ALSO CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN. THE PRIVATE INVESTORS, FANS, CITY, AND PAN AM COMMITTEE SHOULD ALL BE HAPPY WITH BOTH LOCATIONS. NO SOIL REMEDIATION OR APPROPRIATION OF PROPERTIES NEEDED. THE VELODROME CAN BE THE LINK FROM THE DOWNTOWN TO THE WEST HARBOUR. LOTS OF PARKING FOR THE VELODROME AND WEST HARBOUR. IT WILL NOT BE AS CONGESTED AS HAVING THE STADIUM, TRAINING CENTER AND VELODROME AND ONLY 600 PARKING PLACES AT THE WEST HARBOUR LOCATION
