Has any Businesses/Business People within the James North area, near Cannon, had any discussions with the small Asian Village around here?
Maybe starting up a new BIA?
I noticed a newer-Build on Cannon with an Asian Video Store & Cafe, looks really good.
Imagine if they had a nice, slow-paced two-way street infront of them? People wouldn't fear walking along Cannon, and could hear conversation. This would no doubt bring more people to this mini village and help it emerge as something significant!
