As far as the nuclear energy policy, who knows what the plans are? Venezuela should be trying to get away from oil as a primary source. North Americans didn't try hard enough and now we're stuck behind the eight ball wrt oil prices and supply levels. As long as regular nuclear inspections by UN officials are allowed to be conducted, who really cares? That was the issue with Iraq was it not?
