Recently I noticed all the graffiti has been cleaned off of the entire building...I guess thats some progress?? The other thing is the second floor large bay window on James next to the Thomas building has been wide open for a while now too. Could it be this is the restoration process starting? Or did some kids or crackheads just want some light inside while they smoke and drink or whatever it is they do in there?
