More evidence that local rapid transit is of WAY higher priority for Hamilton than more connections to Toronto. Of course, we can and should do both, but some at city hall who continue to lie to us and make it sound as if half the city is headed to Toronto everyday may want to check the facts:

Yes, you read that right. 498 people drive their cars to downtown Toronto each day. 498.
Meanwhile, 70% of Hamiltonians work IN Hamilton with 25,000 in the immediate downtown business district.
