Any idea on the number of people there? It looked pretty sparse.

For 900 locked out people and their families, not many showed up. Must have jobs somewhere else or they are at their cottage.

The sparse crowd pretty much sums up the general public's apathy towards the lockout...

It went to 11 pm, many folks came later in the evening when it was cooler. It certainly was not packed when I was there for the speeches around 12:00. There could have been better communication between USW 1005 and the media about the free food and drinks for anyone who came by.

These types of Unions are pasee. Their agenda is the "fight" their bosses. Doesn't seem like a winning plan.
