Hi Kevin, thanks for clarifying. My point is that all the thinking for these things has been done over and over and over again. We already know what we need to do, and environment hamilton was kind enough to write it up as a top ten list. Now all we need to do is implement them and monitor to see how well they work. The no brainer part is, we know greenhouse gas emissions are throwing our climate out of whack, and we know these ten things will reduce our greenhouse gas emissions without too much cost. So let's do it already!
Fixing Hamilton's problems is a no-brainer
