If Hamilton does have all day train service, would this not replace the Lakeshore bus/train meet service we currently have running all day?
As you pointed out, the extra stops are hardly equivalent to an "express bus". I can see cancelling the Lakeshore bus that goes to Burlington/Oakville for the train meet, that would be redundant. The express bus however is a valuable and separate service, I see no justification for cutting it, and I would fight it if they tried to cut it.
