Denis Vranich has submitted redevelopment plans for 220 Dundurn Street South to the City. This application does not require a rezoning, but it does require Site Plan approval and a Committee of Adjustment approval of four variances.
The Site Plan application has not been approved yet. The Committee of Adjustment hearing was June 6. The application was tabled to allow the committee to do a site visit to better understand the concerns of the residents who attended the hearing. The Committee will render their decision on June 20.

This meeting is being held to present the details. City staff will be in attendance.
The purpose of the development is to provide market-rate rental housing.
