Pleased to read you Michael. I only agree with one of your postulates: We aren't all in this together. Now allow me to disparage your numbers a wee bit.

Almost two million worldwide deaths later, we can only hope that at least some of the public might be paying attention enough...

I am paying attention Michael, over 48 million souls lost their lives in 2020 due to preventable death by abortion at the hands of Medical Professionals pledged to do no harm and no one even bats an eyebrow.

Tens of millions of Americans watched children put in cages...

Again, over 48 million unborn babies were ripped from their mothers wombs in 2020. Where is the outrage, where are the protests!?

I understand where you're coming from Michael because I was there myself 35 years ago when I read a book titled The Dying of the Trees by Charles E. Little. The Earth is dying and yes, we humans are somewhat responsible. But, the moment you start to care more for the birds and the bees and less for your prodigy, you will not find the kingdom of heaven nor a peaceful rest in GAIA becoming compost, when the lights finally do go out. No amount of clean fan-fueled electricity will ever save you from that.

Trust me, having to sit at home and watch Netflix and learn a couple of cooking basics isn't as bad as it's ever going to get.

So celebrate the fact that we learned some things. Celebrate that we got the parked-on-the-couch crisis before the much less pleasant fighting-in-the-streets-over-scraps crisis.

I think you sorta get IT Michael, only you should have fled the city when you had the chance.

Thanks for sharing
