Check out this Google Map of a subdivision in Parker, Colorado. Then, when you think about the Ancaster Meadowlands, remember that it could always be worse...

Ryan, I couldn't help but notice the name of the town. Unbridled is a good name for it! How did you find it? Bored at work? :-P looks like the work of the same drunk city planner that built the survey that's north of Stonechurch between Upper Gage and Upper Ottawa.

Oh my God. I don't think this is bad planning at all. This is a giant circuit board for the aliens!

I always thought this part of phoenix was just horrible -- but kind of compelling to look at: http://tinyurl.com/44o8k4

I've driven Thunderbird Blvd in Phoenix. It's horrendous. I wouldn't move there if you paid me. The entire city makes Peel region feel like New York City.

So, I hope you're not saying that Meadowlands is done yet? With a little effort. Meadowlands can probably make that town in Colorado look like....
Colorado.

What a waste... I was thru there awhile back .. beautiful country.. I guess they don't have Smart Growth or Hammer GRIDS or Places to Grow intensification policies in place. BUT the big question is ,, DO WE ??
Question for Jason or Ryan... what ever happenned to the Chedoke ( hospital ) Brow Condo development.. thought itwas a great re-use for a brownfield site.. was jogging through there a couple weeks back.. not much activity.. some "commie" NIMBY signs are still up. Last i heard from my mother who lives nearby was the Scenic big lot owners want either no development or only up to 22 houses on 25 acres. Sounds like the Meadowkands
