End of Suburbia Workshop

On April 24, activist organizer Mike Balkwell held a workshop to discuss the movie The End of Suburbia to explore organizational and community based actions inspired by the movie's message. (See the Raise the Hammer movie review).
Mike is holding another workshop on May 29 for people who have seen the movie and wish to organize around it.

Ryan McGreal, the editor of Raise the Hammer, lives in Hamilton with his family and works as a programmer, writer and consultant. Ryan volunteers with Hamilton Light Rail, a citizen group dedicated to bringing light rail transit to Hamilton.
