We need to be promoting this type of shift in thinking here, instead of the "parking in lieu" nonsense or requiring x number of parking spots for x number of seats in a restaurant, etc.
I think you'll find this information very useful and very applicable in our context. Our downtown streets will continue to suffer unless we develop a proper strategy like this one to deal with transportation/parking issues.
