A Toronto magazine dedicated to a discussion about the GTA's public spaces is receiving rave reviews and media attention. Spacing, the winner of the Best Single Issue Design by Applied Arts 2005, is also sponsoring today's Toronto Mayoral debate at Revival Nightclub on College Street.
The magazine is getting an 'in' at City Hall too. "Its central thrust," writes Murray Whyte of the Toronto Star, is "the improvement and preservation of, and affection for, the city's public realm, be it parks, sidewalks, bike paths, you name it" - all values shared by Mayor David Miller, who is a fan.
