In a June 12, 2012 talk at LIUNA Station organized by Powergroup Communications, real estate adviser George H. Ross, senior counsel of the Trump Organization, points out the amazing development potential of Hamilton, Ontario.

I wonder if there is a more blinder eyed population them the people of Hamilton. I know I am a lifelong Hamiltonian and I suffer from Hamiltonitis too.

Hamilton has always been a city with great potential. We've got potential out the ying-yang. Oodles of potential.
Unfortunately, potential doesn't actually mean a damned thing if you shoot yourself in the foot with every step you take.
