Raise the Hammer has begun publishing articles regularly throughout the month - in a manner similar to the Hammerblog - rather than publishing discrete issues of articles at regular intervals.
One advantage of the new mode is that articles we receive will be published within a day or so, rather than a week or two later. This is helpful for time-sensitive writing that is longer and more in-depth than the blog format strictly supports.
Another advantage is that the front-page content will turn over more quickly. Instead of the same issue for four weeks, the Articles menu will be updated several times a week.
This decision comes partly in response to the fact that far more readership and commentary currently focuses on our blog entries than our articles.
As always, RTH invites submissions from anyone - refer to our Submissions page for details - and welcomes constructive feedback on this change.
We hope to hear from you!

A change for the better. Now how about putting the full text of your articles in the rss feed? You don't need the page views...

This is good. Your RSS feed mostly sits dormant for so long that I forget to check it when it does update.
