Beautiful Windows; A Photo-Fifty

A fifty-word poem, illustrated with photographs.

We cut holes in the wall
Right where I write

They let in light, breeze...
I watch the garden
Search birds, words, good(,) God... amongst trees

Many layers from inside to out
The first was in 1894
I swore
Because they used newspapers as insulation
We sure have improved habitation

(Thanks, Claire, for photos.)
