the part of the deloitte report that says "construct 400 units > relocate families, successful transition" makes it sound so easy! i was worried about ghettoization, gentrification, and the loss of valuable publicly owned property but this seems so straightforward and logical! this is a plan that is so simple, even our council can probably (???) understand it.
i'm glad my taxpayer dollars are used to pad the pockets of these brilliant consultants. hell, if only i was so intelligent i could have gone for my MBA and done great work like this.
