I do not know what a complete Integrigy Commissioner's report may say about the incident involving Councillor Lloyd Ferguson and Joey Coleman. I would like to find out.

While I understand Council's hesitancy to speak up about the quality of the Integrity Commissioner report, what message does its silence send to the following people:
City staff who would be held accountable if they admitted to code of conduct violation, but a councillor is not?
Citizens that see Council received an incomplete - at best - and unprofessional work product and paid for it with tax dollars?
Children who are told that bullying is not okay and bullies face consequences for their actions?
I do not know what a complete Integrigy Commissioner's report may say about this issue. I would like to find out.
What I do know is that if Council remains silent about this matter, it sends at least three damaging messages.
Council, you can do so much better.

What I want to know is why Joey didn't slug that old fart bully. Self-defense.

if someone grabs you by the arm and moves you backwards, punching them at that point would not be considered self defense.

As someone with PTSD, anyone who would forcefully grab my arm and involuntarily move me backwards would trigger me to throw a punch. I'd understand if someone without PTSD reacted the same way, fight or flight. Defensible reaction.

BTW, did the same integrity commissioner have a say about whether it was okay for Ferguson to vote on the King St. TOL whilst having vested interested in the taxi business?
