"The potential for profit is huge" at 00:30 just as the camera points down and it shows the bus lanes you just took out!

I guess there are no women doing anything interesting in Hamilton. Maybe next year.

I agree with "I call BS", these are the same old same old people who are profiting of the less privileged, they're opportunists not champions.

oooops, I meant "I disagree" and yes they deliberately went out of their way to not find women to put in the video?

Old white male ...stale!
Is this the new Hamilton? No one believes it.
Prominently featuring the conductor of an Orchestra which has been sucking the public tit for years while providing classical music to the ears of precisely those people who own and have let buildings in the downtown rot away from neglect. Then when the public can't stand the stench anymore and provides grants and other incentives they come back to the trough either selling their buildings for an arm and a leg or participating in the renewal and getting their pound of flesh.
Featuring women, the poor, and diverse communities that inhabit the downtown would have given a more realistic picture of downtown Hamilton.

"investment" "profit" this jumps out at me. Goal of this campaign: luring in people who don't know or don't care.... Could be a disaster, esp. given the City's lack of good oversight on development/heritage/bylaw/greenspace issues.
