One of my favourite aspects of City Hall is the artistic flair throughout the building and the use of angles, lines, curved glass and gleaming steel.
I'm pleased to report that much of the interior of the building and many of the exterior features have been retained and even enhanced. It is still an artistic, architectural treasure in downtown Hamilton.
Hey, I even saw various groups of people sitting around the fountains on a comfortable morning.
It's amazing how the sound of flowing water drowns out much of din of the Main Street Expressway.

Green roof with regular grass? Does that even qualify for a green roof? (Besides the colour)
