Foreign exchange or currency trading is a profitable venture, and the profit will depend upon the fluctuations that occur within the value of every currency. It involves the process of trading, i.e. buying and selling of currencies within foreign exchange marketplace in order to gain profit. Currency trading is becoming popular now and it is one of the largest markets in the world. As a result, there is an increase in the amount of stock brokers in Kerala taking interest in the currency marketing. Interest rates, new economic data from the largest countries and geopolitical tensions are the few factors that affect the currency prices. Currency trading is open for whole day and is closed only from Friday evening to Sunday evening and is three trading sessions including European, Asian and United States sessions. The main currencies in the market are traded mostly during the market hours. This means that certain currency pairs will have more volume during certain sessions. Traders who stay with pairs based on the dollar will find the most volume in the U.S. trading session. The currency trading takes place in pairs as you have to buy one currency and sell another currency in the forex market.
