Why is the promenade open only until 5:30 p.m.? It should be open until 9 or 10 p.m. so families who do not work downtown can enjoy a promenade in the evening.Look at the public squares in Puebla, Queretaro, Mexico City, and other Latin American cities and towns.

The fact that it closes at all should be of more concern.
