Raise the Hammer
How many women do you know in your community that live extra-ordinary lives and who has directly impacted your life? Or maybe you know a woman in your community whose personal story and dedication inspires you. They're your neighbors, your friends, your colleagues, your parents, your advocates, your healthcare providers, teachers to name a few. "She" could be the woman next door to you, who helps neighbors in need to access healthy and fresh food for the low income neighborhoods. The woman you always wish you can nominate for an award just because she is always happy helping people. She is making it happen for others in her community. They are Absolutely Fabulous Women (AFW), and each of them shows how one person can truly make a difference. Absolutely Fabulous Women - Over Forty encourages us to nominate such women for the upcoming Absolutely Fabulous Women - Over Forty Awards Hamilton on March 12, 2016.
