They were all born in southern Italy before WWII and share an earthy sense of humour and their heritage.. and when one of their own shows that she is not 'one of them'.. well, what is one to do but show her what is right...? Just like Maria Biasi - who ran off with the German soldiers.. Tolerance, Bullying, Culpability. Challenging words, aren't they?
