Raise the Hammer
The Locke Street Farmers' Market and eight Locke Street eateries - Earth to Table Bread Bar, NaRoma Pizza Bar, West Town Bar & Grill, Il Fiasco, Cheese Shoppe on Locke, Bitten, Forrats Chocolates, and The Courtyard - are putting on the second annual Taste of Locke.
The Locke Street eateries will be preparing delicious samples made with local ingredients grown by farmers' market vendors. Start your day at the Locke Street Farmers' Market (the northeast corner of Locke and Herkimer) and then taste your way down Locke Street.
Tickets are $15 and include five tasty samples. They are available at the event or in advance at Earth to Table Bread Bar (258 Locke St S) and Cheese Shoppe on Locke (190 Locke St S) or during the June 9th Farmers' Market.
Proceeds support the Locke Street Farmers' Market marketing and community events.
The Locke Street Farmers Market features local farmers and producers of fruits, vegetables, breads, baked goods, honey, maple syrup, preserves and even dog treats.
