Why not stick it where those vast parking lots off of Rebecca and John are? Must be more than enough room there, and its already flat. Put in a couple levels of underground parking and maybe a parking building nearby, and the lost parking spots are recovered. Sure would be better than the eyesore that is the concrete field of cars.
