I was there and totally agree with Ryan. I shot some video & titled "Hamilton Festival of Friends 2017 Organized Mob Fight" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XoLTDWU1... I forward the video to the police and they told me there was no incident on Saturday night! Total BS! Here is the reply I got from Hamilton Police:
"My name is Art Lenters. I am the 'Crime Manager' for Division 2 which includes Gage Park. I was involved in the Police aspect of the planning for the Festival of Friends event this year. I have viewed the video that you forwarded. It is difficult for me to determine the elements of the organized mob fight as you describe. It certainly appears to be a crowded location at that time. I do know that there were no major reported incidents for the weekend. Overall, considering the size of the event, things went very well from a policing perspective. We would be interested in investigating any criminal acts that may have occurred, we would need to have potential victims identified, or for involved persons to come forward as complainants for an investigation to begin. If you have any further information on the incident please let me know."
