Adding those four stations would give an average distance between stations of around 700m which is still much more than most systems and seems like a better compromise between speed and convenience. It is also consistent with the original design goal of having stops spaced between 600-800m.
The current design gives an average spacing of about 900m, which makes the statement in the presentation that "the majority of the stops are between 600-800m" a bit misleading.
