I understand the numbers ... they can be interpreted from more than one perspective. I trust that most RTH readers can discern the difference between 24,000 jobs concentrated in a couple of square kilometers vs. 40,000+ located along a 50-60 km highway corridor (I would assume most of the jobs in question are in offices and retail spaces near the 403/QEW).
