Fringe 2017 Review: Reqiuem Aeternum

Reviewing this play is difficult. It was the third play I saw at B Contemporary Gallery and, as with Misfit, the acoustics in the gallery did not work in favour of the music. Unfortunately, the play consisted almost exclusively of songs. I'd recommend a different venue, or maybe some microphones and speakers.

To be honest, I'm not entire sure what the play was about, which to some people could be a good thing. I found it to be mildly frustrating, because I don't think the play was particularly vague, but the poor acoustics made it very difficult to know what they were actually singing about!

I can try and summarize, however, based on a combination of what I saw and the actual description. The play is about a murder and the four people most affected by this person's death. I think the woman in red was the killer. To be honest, I'm not sure.

Im not sure whether or not I should recommend the play. It is only 20 minutes and for all I know, they may have fixed the vocals by the time to get to see it.
