Emma Reilly reports tonight on thespec.com that Hamilton city council met today to consider a code of conduct issue relating to an "identifiable individual". Mayor Bratina appears to be the "identifiable individual". Speculation is that the conduct relates to his passing the buck to the Human Resources staff on the $30,000 per year pay increase for his chief of staff Peggy Chapman: http://www.thespec.com/news/local/articl...
