City Peak Oil Report Leaked to Hamilton IndyMedia

Hamilton IndyMedia has posted Richard Gilbert's Peak Oil Report to City Council. This is a leaked copy, and its validity has not been confirmed. However, until the city publishes it (apparently this is supposed to happen this week), here's the next best thing:
